Terms and Conditions.
The rules for using Milesmith, paying for a plan, and cancelling.
1. Who we are and what Milesmith is
Milesmith is an app and website run by Milesmith, a sole proprietorship at 4135, Sobha Sentosa, Balagere, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560087 (“Milesmith”, “we”). It helps people in India decide the best use of credit card rewards, points, cash and offers: transfer ratios, award flight and hotel availability, gift card rates, and Miles AI, a chat assistant.
By creating an account or using Milesmith you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. Give accurate details, keep your phone secure, and keep one account per person. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
3. Information, not advice
Milesmith gives information and calculations. It is not financial, tax or investment advice.
Transfer ratios, fares, award space, offers and gift card rates come from public pages, programme emails you let us read and other sources, and they change without notice. We show our evidence, but a figure can still be out of date or wrong. Points transfers and gift card purchases are usually final, so check with the bank, programme or merchant before you act.
We do not book travel, sell points or hold your money. You deal directly with banks, airlines, hotels and merchants, and their terms apply.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Some features need a paid plan. The plans, prices (in Indian rupees) and what each includes are shown in the app before you pay.
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Private Limited (“Cashfree”) through a UPI AutoPay or card mandate. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
When you subscribe, the plan price for the first period is charged at once, and this payment also sets up the mandate. The same amount is then charged automatically at the start of each month or year until you cancel. Your bank or Cashfree tells you before each debit, as RBI rules require. If a debit fails, we may pause paid features until it succeeds.
Any offer is described when you subscribe.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time in the app: open Account, then Plan, then Cancel subscription. You can also email support@milesmith.club from the email or number on your account, or revoke the AutoPay mandate in your UPI app or bank. Cancelling stops future charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Deleting your account in the app (Account, then Delete account) also cancels your subscription, and deletes your data. It does not refund the period you have already paid for.
All charges, including the first payment made when you subscribe, are non-refundable. The exceptions are a refund the law requires, a charge we made in error, and a duplicate charge. If you think a charge is wrong, write to us and we will look into it.
6. Using Milesmith
Do not copy, scrape or resell our data, share your login, probe or disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that does.
7. Gmail, if you connect it
Connecting Gmail is optional. If you do, you give read-only access so Milesmith can read mail from known banks and loyalty programmes to find your balances, tiers and expiries. You can withdraw access at any time in your Google account or in the app. The Privacy Policy explains what we read, keep and share.
8. Our content and yours
Milesmith, its name and logo, its software and the data we curate belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app.
Your own data stays yours. You allow us to process it to run the service, as the Privacy Policy describes.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Milesmith running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change features. If we end a paid feature you have paid for, we will refund the unused part of the current period.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you in the app or by email before a material change takes effect.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Milesmith is provided as is. We are not liable for losses from decisions you make using it, such as a transfer, booking or purchase, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
11. Governing law
Indian law applies to these terms. The courts at Bengaluru, India have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
